Free Invoice Generator is a privacy-first browser tool for creating professional PDF invoices. No accounts. No emails. No data leaves your device.

How it works

You fill in invoice details (sender, client, line items, taxes, notes) in your browser. The PDF is generated locally using your device's resources. The downloaded file is yours to keep, share, or print. There is no server involved in PDF generation.

Your most recent invoice and your sender info are stored in your browser's localStorage so the form is pre-filled when you return. Nothing is uploaded.

What we don't collect

  • Your invoice data — sender info, client info, line items, totals, notes — never leaves your browser.
  • We don't require an account, email address, or any sign-in.
  • We don't transmit your PDFs to any server.

What we do collect

  • Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, referrers, approximate location at country level, browser type). This helps us understand which features get used.
  • Advertising via Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies or device identifiers to show you relevant ads. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings.

Your data, in your browser

We use localStorage to remember your sender info and your in-progress invoice across sessions. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings or by clearing site data for this domain.
